Biochem Result...

Ari nie dpt result biochem and i got 34/60. Well, I'm happy coz its pass but not quiet good enough as I spent a lot of time grinding for biochem and physio and leaving Anatomy untouch ( tp anatomy dapat 35/60 which higher then my biochem)...

Well, I have to accept this and maybe my effort is not worth to get good mark. So i got to try harder and hope that The Almighty will always give the best for me and give me strength to study all this new knowledge.

Emm... esok physio and aku rasa mcm gagal jer result aku... Haizz... Dunno what to do about physio >.<

Its Over...for now...

Well, the physiology practical already over and the sign of the ending of examination week :D

I was Glad + sad ( for the low mark i get )

Well get to try harder for the third IA and Final Exam >.<

Histology Spotters :

Ok this 10 spotters is quiet hard for me and Ive done some mistake + some confusing on the thymus/spleen cell... argh... and ive done some mistake at the tongue + thick skin cell...

Well, i just hope that I pass them...

Histology Discussion :

I got Thymus and Tongue slide and have to draw them... then the examiner come:

ME : This is thymus slide and this is tongue slide.

HOD : Which slide u want to give me?

ME : Tongue

( dia pun tgk2 then tgk2 my drawing )

HOD : Tongue is ..... ( giving a lecture at me sambil aku hanya anguk2 + yes2 :P )

HOD : So what is the feature of the tongue?

ME : They have papilla

HOD : what type ?

ME : FIlliform, circumvallate, and fungiform..

HOD : How about the simple 1 ?

ME: .... ( aku tak pernah plak dgr pasal simple form, argh!!!)

HOD : Folliate??

ME : AH! that papilla is at the rabit tongue.

HOD : ok

( then dia tanya pasal formation of papilla whic i really dont know yg aku anguk2 jak + tgu dia jawab sendiri sikit then aku tambah2 ngan jawapan yg aku tak tau betul ke tak >.< )

Then Slide Thymus plak tp kali nie Prof Sai

Slide kali nie mmg aku kantoi bila dia tanya pasal nama WBC kat thymus tu.... Then dia tanya pasal remenant of Pharyngeal Arch which aku tak sempat study...arghh.... tp nasib baik la genetic chart aku dia tak banyak soal..Phew.. XD

Ok yg nie mmg susah berbanding first IA coz some of the spotters included HEad & Neck which mmg susah >.<

OK, kena cabut no. meja utk bahagian mayat mana yg kita dpt then lecturer tu dtg and soal2 semua benda berkaitan part mayat tu... aku cabut meja no.17 then aku dapat tgn...baca2 apa yg tertulis kat kertas ataj meja tu...aku dapat Structure deep to extensor retinaculum! Yay! which is easy :D

Tp aku tak tau bila dia tanya pasal extensor retinaculu tu attach kat mana...

HOD : Where is ext. reinaculum attach??

Me : Medial and leteral styloid Process

HOD : Not good enough

Me : the pisiform and schapoid bone

HOD : Ok ( which i dont know if its right or wrong answer )

HOD : now tell me the extensor compartment

( belum aku sempat jawab lagi dia pun sambung )

HOD : they are how many compartment at ext ?

ME : 6

HOD : tell me the 6 compartment and faster

ME : first - Abductor pollicis longus and extensor pollicis brevis, Second -Ext. carpi radialis longus and brevis, Third - Abductor pollicis longus

ME : EH no, third compartment is Ext. Pollicis Longus

Then pasal Problem Based Learning :

AKu dapat case study no.43 which is quiet hard for me >.<

But the lecturer checking me is Dr. Rao, so its a lucky day la :P

Goreng punya goreng, + some question yg dia sendiri pun confuse ( tym nie la aku merapu2 and cakap2 yg soalan nie pelik la and so on :P )

Then dia bagi aku 7/10. Yay! Coz kalau org lain, maybe aku rasa aku tak dpt even 5 >.<

Not bad for someone yg tak study langsung XD ( coz aku study biochem and physio jak coz physio and biochem aku tym forst IA gagal ). harap la physio and biochem aku lulus and my effort are not made in vain :D

ok today is last paper for teory....

Its Biochemistry....

and its horrible >.<

Ketone Body formation and utilization yg aku dah target keluar and kept memorizing for this past week, but unfortuantely, tym nak jawab tu..... BLANK!!!!

Geram gak la.... tp nasib baik ler ada gak yg aku buat nota tu masuk tp portion markah sikit la :(

Harap2 la lulus this time :D

After physio exam...

Jumaat nie ada exam biochem lagi, so tak leh relax lagi, kena study Carb metabolism + Lipid MEtabolism lagi >.<

Btw, Exam anat malas nak bincang la coz mmg aku tak sangka2 Tounge plak yg kuar :(

Then pasal physio ari nie plak...

Well, agak ok la dari first IA coz aku rasa dpt jawab banyak sikit la drpd paper lalu before hazru bincang pasal paper tu tym nak g makan...

First bincang pasal Transport og O2...

aku buat dia punya combination ngan Haemoglobin ( tym buat nie yakin ) pastu baru hazrul gtau yg ada in dissolve form plak! OMG! aku betul2 terlupa :(

Then pasal Heart Conduction! Yg nie aku mmg yakin tym aku buat tapi... yg aku yakin tu la yg salah :(

ade ke patut, aku ingat pasal darah and how the blood transported through the body + merapu sikit dapat la 2 page... rupanya benda tu bukan pasal transfer of blood + the vessels tapi pasal impuls generation in the heart! Aku tak terfikir langsung pasal impuls! geram gak la... So yg aku merapu 2 page tu become such a waste of time :(

Then pasal Steatorrhoea + Cystometrogram... nie lagi la...aku tak pernah dgr langsung pun... so tak leh la merambang = 0

Then pasal Hayaline Mambrane Disease... punya la aku try recall ape bende nie..tak dpt gak...so aku start la merapu...aku tulis la pasal infection la,abnormal growth and synthesis la... merapu punya merapu dapat gak setengah page :P

THEN! Rupanya Hayaline Mambrane Disease to tiada kaintan langsung pasal hayaline, just nama jak! Dia pasal lung of baby! OMG! so yg aku merapu stgh page tu mmg kuar tajuk la :(

HAIZZ.... Penat gak la.... I hope i pass this paper... :(

Then ptg tu dissection hall dibuka utk sesiapa jer yg nak p revise pasal mayat... so aku p la...

then kuar awal sikit ngan hazrul...sampai jer kat pintu masuk IMS ( coz aku nak p libry jap ) tererempak ngan Head of Anatomy department, Dr. Kulkarni... Then terjadi la dialog antara kami bertiga :

HOD : Have u finish revising the dissection ?

Hazrul : Yes ( then ada gak hazrul ckp pasal mo p jumpa lecture biochem + bla2 )

Aku : YEs sir, we already finish revice the structure

HOD : (sambil comby hazrul) What is ur matric no?

HAzrul : (sambil terketar2) 1... 13... 135...

HOD : Ok. Ill be (in charge* actually dia ckp ayat lain tp aku tak tau eja) for u in practical next week ( sambil mengukir senyuman)

then HOD p tempat aku plak and pegang bahu aku...

HOD : What is ur matric no?

AKU : 12

HOD : (sambil senyum) Ill be in charge for u personally in practical exam.

OMG!

aku terkedu... Is this the end of me??? Dah la kelas embryo dia aku paham sikit2 jer...kalau dia yg soal aku tym practical nanti... apa la aku nak jawab kalau dia tanya pasal embyology??? ARGH!

What am i going to do now??? ARGHH!!!!!

Dah la aku mcm nak focus on Physio + Biochem practical yg mmg susah... DILEMA!!!

Focusing on Anatomy Practical = Mcm nak prepare utk exam teory itself!

HAizz... biar la..harap2 aku dapat topik utk lower limb or upper limb...ada gak keyakinan sikit.. tp kalau dpt Head and Neck, alamatnya mampus la aku >.<

k la... Harap exam biochem this Friday will be a lot easier + aku dpt jawab :D

Esok anatomy, pastu physio hari rabu and Biochem hari jumaat...

The Next following week plak, practical anat hari isnin, physio hari rabu and biochen hari khamis...

I dont think im ready for this exam coz soo many thing that i havent cover and its like i can answer only 35%... Sangat menakutkan... Tp apakan daya, dah esok exam, kena buat betul2 la kan...

For all my comrades, Doakan kejayaan bersama, mudah - mudahan kita leh jawab dlm Second Internal Assessmen nie :)
